ChangePlan is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) web application.

BACKUPS

We run daily backups. If required, we can give company administrators the option to restore from this daily backup.

BROWSERS SUPPORTED

ChangePlan is optimized for the Chrome browser and also functions on IE, Safari and Edge.

COMPANY ADMINISTRATOR

We have allowed for a central control role which we call Company Administrator. This role can adjust company-wide settings for ChangePlan, set up projects in ChangePlan, assign roles and responsibilities to each project, adding or removing users. This role also has read/write access across all projects, has the ability to maintain the core people lists and view a log of all changes to data (what has changed and who made the changes).

DATA HOSTING

ChangePlan is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) hosted on the Heroku platform-as-a-service (PaaS) which uses an AWS server based in the U.S. We can set up a server to host your data in an alternative region if required.

ENCRYPTION

All customer information and data is encrypted.

LOGINS & PASSWORDS

Users log-in to ChangePlan via browser with an assigned username and password which is set up and given to them by the Central Administrator. There is a forgotten password recovery mechanism which emails the assigned email address a recovery password.

LOGS

Upon request, Company administrators can view a log of all changes to data (what changed and who made the change).

SINGLE SIGN ON (SSO)

ChangePlan does not currently support Single Sign On. This feature is on our development roadmap.

USER TYPES

ChangePlan has 3 user types:

  1. 'Company administrator' - read/write access to all projects, can create new users, adjust company-wide settings
  2. 'Change manager' - read/write access to projects they are assigned to
  3. 'Read only' - read-only access to projects they are assigned to
