Here are the next steps:

1. We provide you with our subscriber agreement for your legal team to review and an invoice
2. We connect with your IT team so that we can respond to any questions that they have; often they will have a standard questionnaire for Software as a Service applications
3. Once we the subscriber agreement is signed and we have received thumbs up from your IT team and payment (or a purchase order), we configure ChangePlan for you and can onboard your users

Your IT team's involvement is limited.

ChangePlan is a cloud based application, so once your IT team has approved ChangePlan, and Single Sign On is set up there are no further requirements for support.

Additional users can be added quickly & easily as your change team and  organization grows.

Here are the typical onboarding steps:

1. You'll receive a configuration preferences document and we will set up a meeting to discuss your preferences.
2. We will set up the system to your requirements and create user accounts for your organization's admin user or users.
3. Your admin receives their own training workshop and they can begin using the system.
4. We can then offer your other users a 60 or 90 minute training workshop via Teams or Zoom. This will provide them with a full understanding of the breadth of how ChangePlan works.
